Q.2. Can I buy in bulk?

Q.3. What are the care instructions for the macramé products?

Ans. We have ensured the least hassle for you as the products can be cleaned effortlessly using a blow-dryer to blow-off the natural dust that settles upon surfaces. The wooden parts just need a soft wipe and it will be as good as new.

Q.4. How to install macramé product?

Ans. All our macramé is ready to install. You won’t require any assembling. Your wall hanging might have curls and crinkles during transit. After you hang the wall hanging, please check for any tangling and untangle them by running your finger through the loose end. You can use a comb gently to straighten fringes. The fibers also straighten themselves after a week or two of hanging.  

Q.5. Can I wash macramé products?

 Ans. Yes, you can surely wash (as they are made from 100% natural cotton) table accessories and plant hangers but avoid washing wall hangings and some other products which have wood and metal parts. 

 Q.6. What payment methods are accepted?

 Ans. You can pay using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or internet banking. Currently, we are accepting only pre-paid orders.

Q.7. What is the Time Duration till the product reach us?

Ans: Our Macrame products take upto 5-10  Business Days Excluding Weekends or Holidays. This time allows our Skilled Artisans to Prepare your order as per your requirements and with beautiful details.

Q.8. What are the Shipping Methods?

Ans: We offer shipping via reputable carriers such as FedEx and DHL to ensure reliability and timely delivery of your order.

Q.9. Does the time duration vary according to the Country that I live?

Ans: Shipping will take approximately upto 4-5 Business days to reach the destinations within the United States and United Kingdom.

And for Countries other than the United States and United Kingdom shipping will take approximately upto 7-10 business Days.

However Please note that it might still vary according to the destination and the country's customs and postal processes.

Q.10. Can I track my order till the delivery takes place?

Ans: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and helps you to estimate its arrival.

Q.11. Are there any Extra charges I have to bear other than the shipping costs due to the taxes imposed in my Country or is it already included?

Ans: The International Shipments might be subjected to the customs, taxes or any other import fees imposed by the Country that you live. Which is sole responsibility of the recipient and is not included in the amount of the product and the shipping cost.
